Over the last few months the team at Slim's HQ have been working on a shiny new website to make shopping with us easier, particularly for those customers who like to shop on their phone.
Activate your account
For your security we have not transferred your password over, so if you follow the simple steps below we can make sure you have access to all your previous order information.
- Go to Login
- Click on "Create Account"
- Enter your details using the email address you would normally use to shop with us
- You'll be sent an email to Activate your account
- Click on the link in the email
- All done, easy peasey!
Your account dashboard will display your previous orders, although please note due to security the payment and shipping fields will be displayed as pending or unfulfilled.
Slim's Reward Points
The way you earn and spend points has changed.
We know it looks a little different so we've put together a how to use guide here.
If you've ordered from us over the last couple of weeks you may have noticed the points system hasn't been working. Don't worry we are going to back date all orders and your account will be topped up very soon.
Trade Account Discount
Your Trade Account discount will be staying exactly the same, however, when you log into your account the product pages will now show the product at the discounted rate.
