If you are a UK customer you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of goods. If you wish to exercise your right to cancel you must email us at email@example.com, call us on 0333 222 9944 or write to us and return the products to:

All items returned must be unused, in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. The exception to this rule is:
- Paint matched from a sample and made especially for you or from a paint code given to us.
- Special orders these goods are not usually stocked, these items require a 50% deposit upon ordering.
All returns ordered incorrectly should be returned at your cost, please include a copy of you order and contact detail stating if you require a refund, exchange or replacement. We strongly advise using an insured postal service when returning goods back to us.
If in the unlikely event that any goods are found to be faulty, we will be happy to send you a replacement as soon as possible or offer a refund. Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt. As soon as we receive the faulty item back we will then replace or refund.
Incorrect Orders/Missing Goods
We do our very best to ensure that your order is supplied correctly, in the event that this is not the case please advise us within 48hrs of receiving your goods. Call our dedicated team on 0333 222 9944 or e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will dispatch the correct goods as soon as possible and arrange collection of the incorrect goods.
Once issued, refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account. If it has not appeared after this time, please get in touch with our customer services team.
