We will endeavour to dispatch your parcel the same day on any order placed before 3pm, this may not be possible during promotions and during busy periods but it is always our aim. If you need your order urgently please make sure you get in touch with us first, before placing your order, to check delivery times.
Every parcel to a UK mainland address is sent on a next working day delivery service (for example, orders placed between Thursday 3pm & Friday 3pm will be delivered on Monday), however, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery once the parcel leaves our premises.
If you select the Saturday delivery option, your delivery will be scheduled to arrive on Saturday. As stated on the delivery selection page your order will not be dispatched sooner then Friday for delivery on Saturday.
Orders for Saturdays must be placed by the Friday - 3pm in order to be received on a Saturday.
As with standard deliveries, we cannot always guarantee next day delivery once the parcel leaves our premises.
Our couriers are generally very good but there is always the possibility of an exception. If you are a professional detailer, we would advise keeping essential items in stock to ensure you can always deliver your customers' jobs on time. Keeping this stock will ensure you do not let customers down and restocking in a timely manner is essential. Occasionally, circumstances outside of our control may occur and, in this instance, we are not liable for any costs incurred. Please make sure you supply us with a mobile number when you order, then we can give you full tracking information and updates on your order throughout the process.
*Customers in Northern Ireland - Our courier is currently unable to ship liquids that have a UN registered against them to Northern Ireland.
Therefore we have removed NI as a shipping option from the website. However, if you would like to place an order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the list of products you'd like to order so we can review whether this contains any of the excluded items.
