This blog will be updated throughout the year with any changes to our services from shipping to general store updates.

Latest Service Update | Friday 14th May 2021

We are continuing to experience high order volumes and are getting most orders out same day but are unable to guarantee next day delivery. If you are chasing an order, please allow at least 3-5 working days to pass before getting in touch for an update.

We understand any dissatisfaction that may result from this but please be assured our warehouse team are working extremely hard to dispatch as many orders as possible each day and we are actively recruiting for more staff in our Coventry depot.

Thank you for being so patient during this time, we received an overwhelming number of orders during the Easter weekend and thank you all for your continued custom, we have been complying with current COVID-19 government guidelines, which does slow our processes down but with the additional staff we are seeking we hope that we can get back to the service levels we were providing before the pandemic.

Our Customer Service staff are also very busy on the phones. We know it is frustrating when you cannot get through, so please, if you need to contact us, try to do so by email and we will respond as soon as possible.

Our shops have reopened since 19th April, to help speed up the shopping process if going into one of our shops you can place your order and collect your goods safely (just click collection when placing your order and make sure you get the right store!) You can still look round the shop on arrival and buy more products if needed. Please keep an eye on our social media channels for the most up to date information.

Shipping outside of the UK is still temporarily suspended whilst we work our way through the new export guidelines.

Our Training Academy has reopened and the first courses have taken place with just two candidates per course for safety reasons. We will increase to 4 candidates again in July. We are booking courses into August so if you are interested in achieving an IMI Accreditation then the sooner you apply the better.
