FAQ

If, for some reason, you have no tracking information, then enter your order number (this is the number that begins with #SD on your order confirmation) into the box above.

If your order status displays "Unfulfilled" this means we are still working on picking and packing it for you.

If you order status displays "Fulfilled" this means your order has been picked and packed and is either waiting/or has been picked up by our courier.

You can click on the tracking number once you've accessed your details through the Track Your Order box and see your orders progress.

There would be a few reasons for this. The first one is that one or more of your products might be on back order. If you haven't already, check your e-mail, our customer services team will let you know if there is a slight delay with any items on your order. They can also update you how long it will be until you get it.

If there is no e-mail there drop us an email at enquiries@slimsdetailing.co.uk  we'll find out what the issue is.

Slim's Detailing is part of the Morelli Group so your tracking may say your delivery is coming from Morelli, don't worry, it's definitely us!
